MERAJ DCP Module

MERAJ DCP fire extinguishing system is designed for fighting fires in the petrochemical industry, dock & harbor, Airports, ondeck cargo areas of ships carrying liquefied gases in bulk (gas carriers) and in the area of gas fuel bunkering stations on board ships using gases as fuel.

The system mainly consists of nitrogen cylinder(s) as propellant gas, piping, valves, pressure regulator, safety valves, gauges, pressure tank for the powder and comprehensive range of accessories such as hose reel, powder pistol gun & roof discharge monitors etc.

  • There are Two types of module, Skid mounted for Stationary application and Vehicle mounted units for Fire Trucks.
  • Customized solution meeting the customer requirement with a vessel capacity ranging from 150 kgs to 1,000 kgs.
  • Dry Powder container made of Mild Steel sheet, sand blasted and epoxy coated for protection against corrosion.
  • Any type of powder can be filled for Class A, B, C & D Fires.
  • The unit is mounted on a common base skid and serves a trouble free long life operation.

  • Lifting Eye hooks for easily lifting via crane.
  • Provision of slots for fork lifting.
  • Safety guard mesh around the unit to protect from damage.
  • 04 castor wheels for easy maneuverability of the unit.
  • Towable trailer mounted unit with 02 wheels, towing hook, parking brake and a castor wheel for easily towable with the vehicle
